Account Deletion Request

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

• All personal information and symptom data will be permanently deleted
• Your profile, preferences, and settings will be erased
• Shared reports or exports will no longer be accessible
• This action cannot be undone
• De-identified data may be retained but cannot be linked to you

How to Request Deletion

To permanently delete your Medari account, send an email to: delete@medari.ai

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Please include:

• The email associated with your Medari account
• A confirmation statement requesting permanent deletion

Example: "I am requesting that my Medari account and all related data be permanently deleted."

Your request will be processed within 7 business days. A confirmation will be sent once completed.

"Deleting your account will permanently erase your profile and all personal information from Medari's systems. This action cannot be undone."
