Account Deletion Request
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- All personal information and symptom data will be permanently deleted

- This action cannot be undone
- De-identified data may be retained but cannot be linked to you
How to Request Deletion
To permanently delete your Medari account, send an email to:

Please include:
- The email associated with your Medari account
- A confirmation statement requesting permanent deletion
Example:
“I am requesting that my Medari account and all related data be permanently deleted.”
Your request will be processed within 7 business days. A confirmation will be sent once completed.
